General
Miracle Mile Properties strives to ensure that its services are accessible to people with disabilities. Undefined has invested a significant amount of resources to help ensure that its website is made easier to use and more accessible for people with disabilities, with the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.
Miracle Mile Properties certifies that this website complies with Government Code Section 11546.7, as follows:
MMP is committed to providing a website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. This website seeks to comply with Government Code Section 7405 (incorporating Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act), Government Code section 11135, and World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.
All site pages are tested through a W3C compliant validation product to monitor compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. MMP used Job Access Word Speech (JAWS), NonVisual Desktop Access (NVDA) and Voiceover screen reader software to assist in determining both accessibility compliance and level of practical usability.
Disclaimer
Miracle Mile Properties continues its efforts to constantly improve the accessibility of its site and services in the belief that it is our collective moral obligation to allow seamless, accessible and unhindered use also for those of us with disabilities.
In an ongoing effort to continually improve and remediate accessibility issues, we also regularly scan www.mmpla.com and its sub-domains to identify and fix every possible accessibility barrier on our site. Despite our efforts to make all pages and content on www.mmpla.com and its sub-domains fully accessible, some content may not have yet been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be a result of not having found or identified the most appropriate technological solution.
In the event a page cannot be made accessible, we will work to make a text version of the content available. Please contact us via telephone at (323) 937-1050 or via email at ada@mmpla.com to request a specific electronic format. Please provide us with your contact information, the format you require, the web page address and the location of the content.
